                Our School Library

A library is a storehouse of knowledge. It is a place where books are kept for reading. Library develops our general knowledge and satisfies our curiosity to know the unknown. A library is part and parcel of a school. No school is complete without library. Our school has a big library. the library has a good collection of books of science, history, literature etc. in many languages. There are many journals magazines in our school library. The books are arranged in different shelves and almiras according to the subjects. The reading room of the librarian are separate. The librarian has two assistants to help the students according to their need. There is a big reading room . The reading room is well furnished and spacious. It remains open all day long for students. The students peacefully go there and borrow books from the librarian. When we take the help of catalogue, the assistants at once find the book and help us to gather knowledge through reading books from library read books regularly inside the library. We can borrow books after two weeks and we have to return the books on time. In the reading room we can read as many as books as we like. Silence is a must here. Nobody is allowed to make noise inside the library so that the readers can make the best of library by reading different books of different taste and different subjects. I am proud of my school library.
